This privacy policy applies to the use of the House of Christ website and to contact made through our forms.

We only process data that you provide to us, for example when you fill in a form.

- Subject / area of interest
- Message or additional details
- Optional links (for example social/website for Platform)

- To contact you in response to your message
- To register your application or interest (e.g. volunteering, work/projects, platform)
- To plan appointments or follow-up contact
- To organise and improve our activities
What is the legal basis?
We process personal data based on:
- Consent (for example when you submit a form and agree to this privacy policy)
- Legitimate interest (such as answering questions and maintaining contact)
Forms via Formspree
For our website forms we use an external service (Formspree). This means your submission is forwarded through Formspree to our email address.
Formspree processes the data you submit on our behalf to enable delivery. You can also read their privacy information on their own website.
How long do we keep your data?
We keep your data no longer than necessary. In practice this means:
- Contact requests: until the contact has been completed
- Applications/interest: as long as needed for follow-up or participation
- After that, we delete data unless legal retention obligations apply
Who do we share data with?
We do not share your data with third parties, except when necessary for the functioning of the forms (such as Formspree) or when we are legally required to do so.

- Access your personal data
- Correct your data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to processing
- Withdraw your consent
- File a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens)
